Membership Retention
- Follow up with members who miss one or two meetings
- Make sure your committees meet regularly and that meetings held at a time that all members of the committee can make
- Secret Friends - assign each member a secret friend to remember on special occasions (i.e birthday) or when times are tough.
- Sunshine Lady - have a member assigned the role of keeping in touch with members in times of need.
- Involve all members in club projects (or at least provide the opportunity to be involved).
- Listen to new ideas for new projects from new members
- Provide "social" fun activities so that members can get to know each other
