Why Did I join Altrusa?
I joined Altrusa after meeting Alison Cleaver at a workshop on "Youth Suicide". We were both there as part of other work we do in the community. At one stage we had to pair up with someone we did not know and talk about one of our passions in life. Alison talked about Altrusa and I was hooked. The workshop was not particularly informative but my inclusion in Altrusa has been wonderful.
