The Te Kuiti Altrusa Club had much pleasure in presenting Kiwi Can a cheque for $2000 to local co-ordinator Eion Scarlett.

This money had been raised in early March when the Altrusa Club held a Garden Art party at the home of Rob and Elaine Duders at Rangitoto.

Close to 100 people visited the lovely rambling garden and saw the work of fifteen  exhibitors such as artist Dean Corbett and Melaine Dragovich.

The Te Kuiti Altrusa Club met with Ken Miller principal of Te Kuiti Primary and Trustee for Kiwi Can  and decided to give a helping hand.

Eion Scarlett said the donation would provide resources for the children of the schools

Kiwi Can
